Please double check the shipping address when checking out. If an incorrect address has been entered, customer is responsible for re-routing & re-shipping the order. 

For special shipping requests such as in-store pickup, Saturday delivery, etc., please call us, we're happy to do our best to accommodate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

return shipping is not covered by Sunroom  

*Flat Rate includes everything except Hats
*Hats can not be shipped internationally

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout, they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient 

Shipping costs will not be refunded if an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.

RETURNS

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY  (domestic orders)

Unworn, unwashed, full-price items may be returned to SUNROOM provided the item comes back in the same condition as it was received. 

Prior to shipping a return, any return request must be approved by the SUNROOM team, who will provide a trackable pre-paid shipping label.

All returns must be requested within 5 days of your order’s delivery date and be received by SUNROOM within 7 days of the return label issue date. All return shipping labels incur a $15 fee, deducted from total refund amount. 

 

You may receive your refund as either:

- Online store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding any discounts & shipping fees), which can be used in-store upon request.

- Refund to your original payment method, which will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your return; if you do not select a refund method it will automatically be issued as store credit & delivered via email. 

Discounted items and custom made-to-order items are final sale; shipping fees are nonrefundable.

ITEMS SENT BACK TO SUNROOM THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY (international orders)
Items eligible for a refund must be received by Sunroom within 10 days your order's delivery date. Sunroom is unable to provide return shipping labels or refund any duties and taxes paid on international orders.  If you would like to dispute duties incurred, we suggest contacting your local tax agency to pursue a refund. 
Items received outside the return window will not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer. Final sale items that are sent back will not be refunded and will not be returned to the customer.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

New, unworn, unwashed merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Original receipt must be present and item must be in the same condition as it was at time of purchase. Intimates, discounted items, and custom made-to-order items are final sale.

If you're sending a gift and would like us to hand-write a note on your behalf, we'd be more than happy to do so! When checking out you will have the opportunity to write your message to include with your gift.  

All shipments (gift or non-gift) include packing slips that do not include item prices.
